Follow the prompts on the phone call to speak to the correct people
-
Say to the person on the phone

“I need an International COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate and need to ask for it on the phone because I am on a student visa. I cannot do it online”
-
“If possible, I would like it emailed to me as I might be travelling soon”

Tell them how you verified your identity to get your vaccinations – probably your passport.
