Starting a new school in a new country is a big step — and we will be with your family every step of the way. Here is everything you need for a calm, confident start to Term 3, 2026: your uniform fitting, Orientation Day, what to pack, and your very first day of school.
Follow these three milestones in order. Each one has its own section below with the full details, times and locations.
Book a 30-minute fitting at the JPC Retail Centre. Bookings essential — no walk-ins.

Crockett or Main Admin View detailsThe JPC Retail Centre is offering 30-minute uniform fitting sessions for new students on Wednesday 9 July and Thursday 10 July.
A booking is required for every student. We are unable to accept walk-ins during this time, so please reserve a timeslot in advance using the booking link.
Term 3 orientation for new students is held at the Crockett Building on Friday 10 July, from 8:00am until 11:00am. All new students are required to attend.
School uniform is not required on Orientation Day. We do suggest students wear smart casual clothing — and please choose a top with no writing on the front.
We warmly invite each student's parents to a Parent Information Session on the same day, starting at 8:00am for 45 minutes. It is a chance for us to explain more about the program and to answer your questions.
In-language support will be provided on the day if needed — please let us know your preferred language in advance.
Term 3 begins on Tuesday 14 July. Students wear full formal uniform with plain black leather lace-up shoes, and bring their stationery, morning tea, lunch and a bottle of water.
Tap a building in the list to highlight it on the campus map. These are the only three places you need for your first days at JPC.
Tick items off as you pack. Your progress is saved on this device, so you can come back any time.
Please have the following ready for the first day of school. Quantities are shown for each item.
Individual teachers will let students know if any extra stationery is needed for their classes.
Our International Student Services team is happy to help in your language. Reach out any time before Term 3 begins — we can't wait to welcome you to John Paul International College.
