Where We Are

Brisbane, Queensland — on Australia’s warm east coast

John Paul College is in Daisy Hill, on the southern side of Brisbane. The campus is 33 hectares of natural bushland, with koalas in the trees beside it. The city, the airport, the universities and the beaches are all a short drive away — so students live somewhere green and quiet, and still reach everything.

  • 20–30 °C Subtropical all year. No snow, and no long winter indoors.
  • Direct flights Brisbane Airport flies direct to many cities across Asia and the Pacific.
  • School buses College bus services run through the surrounding suburbs.
  • 2032 Brisbane hosts the Olympic and Paralympic Games.

Summer (December–February) 27–30 °C · Winter (June–August) 20–23 °C · sport outdoors in every term. Queensland does not use daylight saving, so the time difference with home never shifts through the year.
