How do I apply to John Paul International College?

Applying takes four simple steps: apply online through the secure JPIC Enrolment Portal, complete an assessment and interview, receive your Letter of Offer, then we issue your Confirmation of Enrolment and support your visa and arrival. Families can apply directly or through a registered education agent.

Do I need an education agent to apply?

No. Families can apply directly through the JPIC Enrolment Portal. Registered education agents can also apply on a family's behalf, and Share Application lets parents review details and pay the application fee themselves if they prefer.

What English level do I need to enrol?

Accepted Answer

English requirements depend on the year level. Applicants sit an English assessment (AEAS or IELTS results are accepted) and complete an interview. Students who are not yet ready can build their English first through our High School Preparation or Primary School Preparation programs.

How much does it cost to study at JPIC?

Tuition varies by year level and program. Current annual tuition, the application fee, and additional costs such as uniforms, accommodation and Overseas Student Health Cover are listed on our Fees page. Please contact our Admissions Team for a personalised estimate.

Can JPIC arrange accommodation?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We offer carefully selected homestay families and on-campus-style boarding at Fenton Village. Students applying for boarding or homestay complete a short accommodation interview so we can provide the most appropriate care and support.

Can students go to university after John Paul College?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Senior students follow the ATAR pathway to Australian and international universities, supported by strong academic results and personalised university and career guidance.

Question 7

Does JPIC help with student visas?

Accepted Answer

We issue your Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE) and, for students under 18, a Confirmation of Appropriate Accommodation and Welfare (CAAW) to support your Subclass 500 student visa application. We guide you through the process, though visa decisions rest with the Department of Home Affairs.

What if my child's English is not yet sufficient?

Students who are not yet ready for direct entry build their English and academic readiness first through our High School Preparation (HSP) or Primary School Preparation (PSP) programs, then transition into John Paul College.

When should I apply and when do terms start?

Apply as early as you can. Enrolment is accepted throughout the year, but places fill quickly and allowing time for the interview, offer, Confirmation of Enrolment and visa makes for a smooth arrival. The school year runs across four terms — see our Term Dates page.
