Homestay Program: Your Australian Experience
Living in an Australian Homestay is a unique and enriching experience.
John Paul College has been providing homestay accommodation for students since 1997. Through our in-house homestay
team, we carefully select and train homestay providers to provide a holistic Australian life experience for
students. Students aged 12 and above can apply for residence in the program, which provides accommodation for up to
48 weeks of the year including term breaks - here for our homestay operation dates.
Our homestay program is more than just accommodation. The John Paul International
College support team underpin our
accommodation philosophy, whether it be homestay or boarding. Being in residence whilst studying at the College
enables students to embrace all aspects of College life. Through our JPIC CARE philosophy we support students

thrive both academically and socially.
Living with a homestay family provides students with a unique opportunity to immerse themselves in Australian
culture, learn new customs and traditions, and develop meaningful relationships with their hosts. Our homestay
parents are dedicated to helping their students adjust to life in Australia and are always available to offer
guidance and support.
