Deputy Principal of International & Accommodation

David Ferguson

David leads one of Australia's largest school-based international student programs, supporting over 250 students across boarding, homestay and day-student arrangements. With 10 years at the College, David serves as an executive member responsible for the strategic direction of international operations, including JPIC's curriculum-licensing initiatives.

A qualified secondary school teacher and TESOL educator, he brings extensive experience across schools, universities and language-school settings in Australia and abroad, and holds postgraduate qualifications in both education and business. David's work focuses on sustainable, research-driven approaches to international education that deliver measurable student outcomes while enhancing operational excellence.

Rebecca Gallagher

Rebecca leads the strategic direction and day-to-day operations of JPIC's High School Preparation programs. Her extensive experience in international education and pastoral care drives the College's commitment to delivering outstanding academic pathways — from Primary School Preparation through to the High School Preparation Course.

Rebecca is passionate about creating inclusive, supportive learning environments where students from diverse backgrounds can achieve their full potential.

Head of Global Engagement & Partnerships

Allan Dam

Allan leads John Paul College's global engagement and partnership strategy. This covers international enrolments, market development, alumni relations and the College's digital presence around the world. Working with education agents, partner institutions and families across Asia and Latin America, his focus is simple: make every step, from first enquiry to first day at school, feel personal and easy.

With more than 15 years in international education marketing, Allan is bringing systems powered by AI to the international school sector, so parents, students and agents receive the right information at the moment it matters most, in their own language. His multilingual expertise and deep understanding of global markets help JPIC promote Australian education authentically to communities worldwide.
