One school, Prep to Year 12
Families place a child once and stay. Primary, junior secondary, senior schooling, ELICOS and high school preparation all sit on a single Brisbane campus.
For 30 years we have welcomed students from around the world to Brisbane. We work with a small, carefully chosen network of agencies who share our care for the families they advise. If that sounds like your agency, we would be glad to hear from you.
Families place a child once and stay. Primary, junior secondary, senior schooling, ELICOS and high school preparation all sit on a single Brisbane campus.
Homestay and boarding are managed by the College, not outsourced — so you can answer a parent's questions about where their child will live with confidence.
We work with a limited number of agencies so each one gets real support: training, current materials, and a named contact who knows your students.
The application takes about 15 minutes if your documents are to hand. Gather these first — you will be asked to upload them.
Your company's registration document. PDF, Word or an image is fine, up to 10 MB.
Registered and trading names, your ABN or local registration number, head office address, and a short description of your agency.
Any qualifications your counsellors hold — QEAC, PIER, accrediting body membership or migration agent registration.
From schools in Australia or New Zealand where you have enrolled students in the last two years. We will contact them, so please tell them to expect us.
Applying does not commit you to anything, and it does not commit the College to appointing your agency. We assess every application individually.
Fields marked are required. If you are unsure of an answer, give us your best estimate and add a note — we would rather talk it through than have you stop here.
Your information is handled in line with the College Privacy Policy. Uploaded documents are treated as commercial-in-confidence.
You will receive an acknowledgement at the director's email address you gave us. If it does not arrive, check your junk folder before assuming it was lost.
We review your registration and training documents and contact both referees. This is the step that takes the longest, and it depends on how quickly they reply.
If your application progresses, we arrange a conversation about the markets you work in and the students you would send — a two-way discussion, not an interview.
Successful agencies sign an agreement and complete our agent training before receiving materials and a named College contact.
