The JPIC International Enrolment Portal provides secure, convenient access for education agencies and parents — available 24/7 and working on all devices.
Open the Enrolment Portal — start your applicationSubmit your application through the JPIC Enrolment Portal. You'll be asked to provide:
Any medical conditions, plus Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC) details.
Learning needs, interests and goals that help us support your child.
e.g. homestay, boarding or living with a relative.
Paid securely through the portal to submit the application.
Agents have the option to Share Application with a parent at this stage. Parents can then enter the above information themselves or check the details the agent has entered. Sharing the application also lets parents pay the application fee directly through the portal if they prefer not to give agents credit-card details.
At the end of this stage, agents can download the JPIC Enrolment Application: Terms & Conditions PDF for parents to sign. The entire completed application can also be downloaded.
Our Admissions Team reviews your application and arranges an assessment and interview to understand your child's academic background, English ability and learning goals. You'll be invited to an interview online or in person.
The interview has two parts:
We get to know the student, discuss their educational background, assess their English proficiency, and understand their learning goals and aspirations.
Required for students applying for the College's Boarding or Homestay Program. It helps us determine readiness to live independently and ensures we provide the most appropriate care and support.
Please note: this is not a pass-or-fail test. The interview is designed to help us understand each student so we can provide the best possible academic and wellbeing support throughout their journey at John Paul College.

If your application is successful, you'll receive a Letter of Offer, your enrolment documents, and clear instructions to confirm your place at John Paul College.
Outlining the year level, program, start date and any conditions of enrolment.
Everything you need to accept your place and complete enrolment.
Accept the offer, meet the conditions and pay fees to move to the visa stage.
Once the student has accepted their offer and met all enrolment conditions, John Paul International College issues the documents you need to support the Australian Student Visa application:
The official document required for the student visa application.
Confirmation of Appropriate Accommodation and Welfare, for students under 18 in College-arranged care.
Visa approval
Once the student visa is granted, the education agent — or the family, if applying directly — provides JPIC with a copy of the Visa Grant Notification. Receiving it allows us to:
