APPLICATION CHECKLIST

All agents must complete the approved Education Agent Application Form and submit it with the required supporting documents and referees.

1. Completed an Education Agent Application Form, answering ALL questions. Download form here
2. Certified copy of Business Registration.
3. Company profile including:
• Details of principal’s background and qualifications
• Number of staff and details of key staff members and/or school consultants
• Number of years in existence
• Services provided by the company
• Your company’s experience in representing overseas education institutions
• A separate list of your offices including relevant contact details (address, contact person, email, phone number)
4. Applicants from the People’s Republic of China must provide evidence that they hold a license to act as a registered agent, or that they have a contract with a registered licence holder.
5. Copy of Qualified Education Agent Counsellor Certificate from PIER (Professional International Education Resources) or equivalent online Education Agent Training Course (EATC).
6. Provide two education provider referees from the school sector in Australia / New Zealand (including full name, name of institution and email address) with whom you have enrolled students in the last two years.
7. All information MUST be in English or translated into English from a notary office in your country. Please send certified copies only
