Happy Chinese New Year

Welcome Year of the Dragon and JPC 30th birthday.

2012 will be a great year as the Dragon is regarded as the luckiest sign, bringing prosperity.

In Chinese astrology the dragon is the only animal of the Chinese zodiac year that is not real. The Dragon is a deliverer of good fortune as he brings in the Four Blessings of wealth, virtue, harmony and longevity.

People born in Dragon years are to be honoured and respected. We often see many sculptures and carvings of dragons. Even today, the Chinese associate the dragon with power and wisdom, so in Chinese astrology a dragon person is special.

This Year of the Dragon should be good for business, new beginnings and innovation.  Added to this, our College has a double celebration in the Year of the Dragon: JPC celebrates its 30th Birthday this year and JPIC celebrates its 15th Birthday. This has to indicate great success for our College.
