Please be reminded that if your homestay student intends to visit a friend of family member outside of Brisbane over the holidays, their Head of School, Mr Michael Bos for JPIC or Mr Allan Dennis for JPC must receive an email from the students’ parents giving permission for their child to stay with a nominated person. The email will also need to include travel dates, flight details, the name, address and contact number of the person they will be staying with. The trip will need to be approved by the College.
Please ensure your student understands this process. If you are in any doubt please contact Mrs Patricia White at Senior School on 3826 3414 or email firstname.lastname@example.org, or Mrs Leila Reid at JPIC on 3826 3474 or email email@example.com
