Commercial Appointment Opportunity at the College.

In 2013, the College is seeking to appoint an approved real estate partner. This will entail providing a hands on service to the College Community in all matters relating to real estate including relocation, selling, buying, renting or simply advice.

The successful tenderer will be advertised and recognised as a partner of the College and the official real estate provider to the College.

A vital part of the requirements for the successful tenderer will be their offer to make financial contribution towards the College sponsorship programme (s) which assists many vital areas within the College and the College Community, along with their ability to be a regular attendee at the College to meet with parents or other members of the College community, now reaching close to 20,000.

College partners are held in high regard and, in return, they will receive a number of commercial benefits from the College including: • Use of College facilities • Networking with an extensive list of existing College partners and suppliers • Representation at College events where appropriate, and • Other benefits to be agreed with the successful tenderer.
