Entry Requirements High School Preparation (HSPC)

The High School Preparation Program is for those students who have not reached the entry requirements for the John Paul College Middle School and Senior School.

On arrival, students are placed in classes according to test results.  To progress to the next class, students must attain the appropriate bandscale set by the College.  Students have continuous assessments throughout the term as well as exam blocks in week five and ten. Students are tested in each of the language macro skills: listening, speaking, reading, writing, as well as Maths and Science.  Progression to mainstream classes is dependent upon successful completion of the English course.
