The Health Centre is staffed by a registered nurse, and provides health services to the students and staff of John Paul College as well as storing student medication.
During term time, the Health Centre is open from 8.00am to 4.30pm.
All medication is stored in the Health Centre and is administered by the nurse as per the School Handbook. The exceptions to this are students in Year 3 - 12 who have Asthma and who are encouraged to carry their own puffers at all times.
Students who are injured or become ill at school are directed to the Health Centre for assessment and management. If necessary, parents will be contacted and asked to collect their child.
